RULES

  2. You CAN NOT SHARE my files.
  3. You CAN NOT LEAVE DERIVABLE my files.
  4. You CAN NOT RESALE MY files.
  5. DO NOT USE the files in more than ONE account.
  6. You must provide the name of your IMVU account so you do not have DMCA issues. Please, after purchasing this file send a message to IMVU MissDesign or Ktrina or 3DLady with the ACCOUNT NAME that you will use this file. Or E-mail for: imvutexturepck@gmail.com
  7. You may edit the files as much as you want.
  8. No refunds.
  9. All files are .jpg files an .zip
  10. You can´t use my materials: wrinkles, folds, glitters, shadows, etc, in others files.
  11. PSD files cannot be used to create and sell textures.

 

The responsibility for publishing and checking GA or AP textures rests with each creator. Follow IMVU rules and policies.

If you don’t follow the rules, Copyright issues will be resolved by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act – DMCA.

You are responsible for your files. Download and save them in a safe place.

F.A.Q. DMCA

 

You cannot DMCA report any other creator that has my textures, in their stores. If I report DMCA, without authorization, I will DMCA report all my textures that I bought from my Sellfy in your store.

Only I can report DMCA if the creator doesn’t follow my rules. But before reporting DMCA, I will contact you via message.

 

1 – Only I can report DMCA. I have over 800 files, all the original PSD files and I can prove they are mine.

2 – I do not report DMCA anyone who buys my textures. I only report DMCA who DON’T FOLLOW my RULES or STEAL my textures.

3 – Other creators buy my textures. You are not exclusive.

4 – I don’t do unique textures (exclusive).

5 –  NEVER report DMCA a texture you bought on my sellfy or payhip. You are not authorized.

7 – Do not make fake/false report DMCA reports from other creators.

5 – Follow the rules, please, or I will report DMCA.

6 – I have customers who buy textures for over 6 years and I’ve never had any problems.
